1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "change of mind" or "not getting the target in Blind Box products".
2. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.
3. Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.
4. Plush products may be squeezed and slightly deformed during shipping and may need simple sorting to restore to a normal state.
